Youth Music Initiative – A Quick Guide
The Youth Music Initiative is funded by the Scottish Government and administered by Creative Scotland. Purpose
To support and create access to high quality music making programmes particularly for young people that would not normally engage in music activities.
Funds available
In 2011/12 there is £10million in the Youth Music Initiative (YMI) budget. The breakdown of our investment routes below indicates how the money will be spent.
